We chose Comfort Plus Services to install a new Carrier heat pump/ac unit. We have been very pleased with the level of service before, during, and after the installation. When our original unit stopped running, our service tech, Reggie, was at our house to diagnose the problem within 3 hours. By the next business day, our sales rep, Brendan had provided us with Carrier equipment and payment options.

The installation crew worked for nearly two days in our crawl space in 90 degree heat to make sure that we would have a comfortable home. Two follow-up calls were handled immediately. We became customers of your company when you purchased Coldmaster Refrigeration Services of Preston. We have always had excellent service from your company.

We recently had our second heat pump replaced by your company. We choice a Carrier on Mike’s recommendation.

Our installers were Shane and Jeff. They were with us for three days. We loved them.

It is not often that one finds two employees of this magnificent caliber. You must realize how very lucky you are to have them working for Comfort Plus Services. We are just so happy to have been fortunate enough to have them. The installation of the prior system by Andrew Contracting had issues. They were able to install the new duct work and heat pump in spite of all the issues. The first Carrier heat pump had a factory defect. That did not stop your employees. They found another Carrier and were able to install it the next day with no issues. They were tirelessly for hours. They worked long after other installer’s would have left.

I am writing this letter so that the talents, integrity, dedication and hard work that they possess can be recognized by everyone, especially their supervisors. So often the customer and employer take for granted someone that possess their talent because they seem to do their job so effortlessly. I would hope that the management recognizes and values a talent like their and their tremendous pride in their job. Their expertise should be a model that everyone strives for in whatever job they have. I feel lucky and privileged to have met them and benefited from their talents.
